Terms of Service

Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Overview

This website is operated by NewHope. Throughout the Site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to NewHope. We sell digital products, such as e-books, guides, and downloadable materials, delivered electronically. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, including Section 16, which requires customers in the United States to resolve disputes by individual arbitration and waives the right to participate in a class action, unless you opt out.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

4. Our Digital Products

All products sold on this Site are digital and delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. Our products are supplied in standard digital formats that can be opened on most computers, tablets, and smartphones with a free file reader. It is your responsibility to confirm that you can open standard digital files before purchasing.

5. Delivery and Access

Your download link is sent by email immediately after payment is confirmed. The link remains active for 30 days and allows up to 5 downloads, and we reissue it free of charge on request. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout, as this is the only address to which your product is delivered. Full details are set out in our Delivery Policy.

6. Licence to Use Our Products

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private and non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, distribute, publish, upload, sublicense, translate, or reproduce the product or any part of it, in any format, nor use it to create derivative or competing products, without our prior written permission. We may suspend access to purchased materials where we detect unauthorized sharing or distribution.

7. Refunds

Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, please read that policy carefully before purchasing.

8. Informational Nature of Our Content

Our products are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for how you apply the information, and we make no promise or guarantee of any specific result, income, or outcome.

9. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time.

10. Products and Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Sales tax on digital products is applied at checkout where required by the laws of your state, and VAT or equivalent taxes are included where we are required to collect them. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, including a valid email address.

12. Optional Tools, Third-Party Links, and Feedback

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control, "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. If you send us feedback, you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.

13. Personal Information and Electronic Communications

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including your order confirmation, download link, and service-related notices. Marketing emails are sent only where you have opted in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewHope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the mandatory rights of consumers and the legal guarantees described in Section 15. Occasionally there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies on our Site, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

15. Consumer Rights Outside the United States

If you are a consumer outside the United States, you may have mandatory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms. Nothing here affects those rights, and where they conflict with anything stated above, those rights prevail.

  • United Kingdom. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, with remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel, which ends once the download has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.
  • Australia. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including a right to a refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • New Zealand. Where you purchase as a consumer, the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply and are not excluded or limited by these Terms.
  • Canada. Consumer protection legislation in your province or territory may give you additional rights, which apply in addition to these Terms.
  • European Union. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and from a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the same conditions. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, alternative dispute resolution bodies are listed at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.

16. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration (United States Customers Only)

This Section applies only to customers resident in the United States. It does not apply to consumers resident outside the United States, whose rights are described in Section 15. Please read it carefully: it affects how disputes between you and NewHope are resolved.

16.1 Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to contact us at contact@myloveworld.shop with a short description of your claim and the relief you are seeking. We will try in good faith to resolve the matter directly. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may begin arbitration.

16.2 Agreement to arbitrate. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, these Terms, our products, or our website shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as provided in Section 16.4. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. The arbitration may be conducted by telephone, by video conference, or on the basis of written submissions, or in person in the county where you reside, at your election.

16.3 Class action waiver. All claims must be brought on an individual basis only. You and NewHope each waive the right to bring or participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person and may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking it, and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's claim.

16.4 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court with jurisdiction, instead of arbitration. Either party may also seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or to stop unauthorized use or distribution of our products.

16.5 Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing contact@myloveworld.shop within 30 days of your first purchase, with your name, your order number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms or your use of our products, and you will keep your right to bring a claim in court.

16.6 Severability. If the class action waiver in Section 16.3 is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim shall proceed in court and this entire Section shall not apply to it, while remaining in force for all other claims. If any other part of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Subject to Section 16, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

19. Contact Information

Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us at contact@myloveworld.shop or to 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
