Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how NewHope delivers your orders. All our products are digital and delivered electronically. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Delivery

Nothing is shipped physically. Orders are processed automatically and your download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and access link.

2. Access to Your Files

Your download link remains active for 30 days from the date of purchase and allows up to 5 downloads. We recommend saving the files to your device or cloud storage as soon as you receive them. If your link expires or reaches the download limit, email us at contact@myloveworld.shop with your order number and we will reissue it free of charge.

3. Delivery Costs

There are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges. The price shown at checkout is the full price of your digital product.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Your confirmation email is your proof of delivery. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam, promotions, and junk folders, and make sure your inbox is not full. We keep a record of the date your link was sent and accessed, which we can provide on request.

5. Taxes

Sales tax on digital products is applied at checkout where required by the laws of your state. For customers outside the United States, VAT or equivalent taxes are included in the price where we are required to collect them. Because nothing is shipped physically, no customs fees or import duties apply to your order.

6. Delivery Delays

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by a few hours while your payment is verified by our payment processor, or by temporary issues with your email provider. If you have not received your product within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at contact@myloveworld.shop and we will resend it. If we are unable to deliver your product at all, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Lost or Inaccessible Files

If you lose your files, delete them by accident, or your link stops working, contact us at contact@myloveworld.shop with your order number and we will restore your access free of charge. If your files are corrupted or will not open, we will resend them, provide an alternative format, or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Incorrect Email Address

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout, as this is the only address to which your product is delivered. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@myloveworld.shop and we will resend your link to the correct address at no charge.

9. Technical Requirements

Our products are supplied in standard digital formats that can be opened on most computers, tablets, and smartphones with a free file reader. No special software or subscription is required. If you have any difficulty opening a file, contact us and we will help.
